BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 31, 2012-- Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN), a leading provider of software and services to the process industries, today announced that it will host an Investor Day on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the AspenTech Worldwide Headquarters in Burlington, MA.

The AspenTech Investor Day presentation will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and is expected to conclude at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. AspenTech executives presenting at the event will include Mark Fusco, President and Chief Executive Officer; Mark Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer; and Manolis Kotzabasakis, Executive Vice President, Products.

The management team will discuss the Company’s financial and operational performance, key corporate strategies, the addressable market opportunity, and the Company’s business outlook.
