(NASDAQ: AZPN), a leading provider of software and services to the process industries, today announced its global conference, OPTIMIZE 2011, will be held in Washington, D.C. in May 2011. OPTIMIZE 2011 will showcase how the world's leading process industry companies use process optimization to achieve superior financial and operating results. The 2011 conference will also commemorate AspenTech's 30 years of leadership and innovation in the process industries.

  • AspenTech has re-named the conference "OPTIMIZE" to highlight the company's core customer value - optimizing engineering, manufacturing and supply chain processes to help customers achieve superior financial and operating results.
